Commissioned by the Principle Service Provider Aecom, to Project Manage and Supervise the works for the project that comprises the AOS works for the reconstruction of two runways and associated taxiways. The construction of 3No. Vertical Landing Pad’s, installation of new Aeronautical Ground LightingAlso project managing, the construction of the new Hangar including offices, new Feeder and Pilot Conditioning Facility and New Aircraft Shades. Have also taken on the management for the completion of the snags and handover the New Squadron Building, the New Quick Reaction Force Building and the Hardened Aircraft Shelter’s.All of this work is being carried out through the Ministry of Defence, Defence Infrastructure Organisation in close liaison with the RAF as the main stakeholder; and administered under the NEC form of contract.

Programme Manager on behalf of Network Rail responsible to deliver the electrification works installing OLE within the open route from Bristol to Cardiff

In May 2014 I re-joined Bechtel and was responsible to deliver the RSPB bird sanctuary on Wallasea Island Wild Coast Project using the excavated material from within the works at Crossrail. When I joined the project, there were lots of issues with regard to staff, contractor, relationships and the volume of material available. However after taking over in May 2014, we completed the work on time and on budget. This happened due to the whole delivery team (contractor and Crossrail) pulling together and by introducing innovative thinking and clever redesigning over the issues of the shortage of materialI then took over as Project Manager for the Paddington New Yard project which comprises tunnel portals as well as the construction of a new suspended r/c bus deck and the construction of a new ready mix concrete plant
