I was responsible for the sales and operations functions of CMG's blue-collar division in metropolitan South Australia. My accountability was for both permanent recruitment and the sourcing and management of large blue-collar workforces across the manufacturing, transport and logistics, mining, defence and utilities sectors. I led a team of 18 permanent employees and managed an on-hire workforce that fluctuated between 500 and 700 employees during my tenure.
