IM/WM team member for large scale SAP implementation at global tobacco manufacturer in Richmond, VA.Worked with end users around the design of the warehouse module including working with Handling Unit Management, RF equipment, Output types, Inventory Management, and Physical Inventory processes. Authored work step procedures for all SAP transactions used by the IM/WM team. These work step procedures were then used to develop all relevant training materials. Integration Test Lead for the IM/WM team. Responsible for the accurate execution and documentation of all integration testing in the quality client.Instructed all Warehouse Management training classes for end users.Appointed to SAP Optimization team to support SAP issues on the floor in a post go live environment.
