IM/WM team member for large scale SAP implementation at global tobacco manufacturer in Richmond, VA.Worked with end users around the design of the warehouse module including working with Handling Unit Management, RF equipment, Output types, Inventory Management, and Physical Inventory processes. Authored work step procedures for all SAP transactions used by the IM/WM team. These work step procedures were then used to develop all relevant training materials. Integration Test Lead for the IM/WM team.
