My forte is accepting challenges that inspire and motivate, and then using my problem-solving skills to not overcome, but also discover additional angles and solutions that create avenues for future growth and possibilities.My entrepreneurial skills and creativity helped to establish and grow private businesses requiring IT infrastructure, website development, and high-volume marketing capabilities. As a founder, co-owner, and CTO of Trafficwave, I have the experience of having engineered an email marketing platform single-handedly from the ground up that, for nearly 25 years, served as a valued resource for thousands of small businesses and online marketers in over 40 countries, delivering targeted email in the billions.Simultaneously, I have also cultivated a modestly successful career as a professional musician, teacher, and clinician. I have been blessed with opportunities to perform on many different stages, including ten seasons with the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall.I do not view these two worlds as conflicting, but as complementary. Both require discipline and focus while exercising both imagination and logical/linear process. But most important to me, they provide balance. My involvement with the pioneering electronic percussion instrument manufacturer Alternate Mode, Inc. has even given me the opportunity to “scratch both itches” at the same time, where I have gained valuable experience by occupying several key roles including CTO, marketing, and business product development.I am perpetually energized by interacting with others in a team environment, learning from their experiences, discovering new possibilities, and visualizing the future.
