-Managed 50+ direct reports across 3 shifts through the manufacturing processes within the cleanroom department of this Medical Device company, while maintaining high-quality standards and high-efficiency standards.

-Managed the creation and implementation of Laser Marking programs to satisfy engineering requirements of surgical implants -Created multiple Corrective Actions that have ensured the integrity of our products, and overall saved the company upwards of 1+ million in lost revenue. -Sourced and implemented automation machinery that improved the efficiency of the Laser Marking, and Cleanroom areas.

-Updated work instructions, and CNC programs that would allow for an 18% efficiency improvement for the sewing department when assembling our finished goods (sports padding; i.e. pole vault pits, goalposts, outfield padding, handrail padding). -Programmed 3 axis “Eastman Eagle C125”, and “Omnitech Selexx / Spectra” routers for fabric and wood CNC routing. -Created and performed Test procedures for HIC Impact Testing, Tensile / Compression Testing, and Spectrophotometer color matching machines in order to verify superior quality of finished goods.-Successfully tested, prototyped and created processes for new products that were introduced to the production line.-Revised CNC programs to minimize material waste and utilized solidworks to improve the fit and function of our finished goods.

Through Tuskegee Universities College of Engineering and Physical Sciences department I was able to work with members of the locked martin F-35 team in order to develop a more efficient way to store F-35 Flatirons. Through the use of CAD software I was able to (along with one other student) design a shipping container that would ultimately become more cost effective for the company as well as more ergonomic for the end user,

-Identified information regarding the Properties, Process, and Materials needed to Make Biodiesel Fuel-Researched the supplies needed to start a Lab to test the best combination of Biodiesel to provide the utmost output
