Principle manager, writer, and instructor for the Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course. Provided 500+ Officers, Allied Officers, and Multi-Service Agencies expert instruction on tactical operations, defense design, systems interoperability, system theory, functionality, maintenance management, sustainment, and logistics of USMC GBAD operations and Joint Missile Defense Systems. Lead multiple Warfighter Working Groups incorporating the needs of warfighters into design of future Air Defense weapons systems informing ICDTs (Integrated Concept Development Teams and IPTs (Integrated Product teams).Coordinated, reviewed, updated, validated and provided subject matter expertise in the areas of Training Publications, Institutional Training, Unit Level Training Support, NET (New Equipment Training), Human Systems Integration and Individual/Collective Task Development.Managed, forecasted, planned, coordinated, and synchronized timelines for equipment overhauls and upgrades for Ground Based Air Defense systems with various governmental agencies.Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ground Based Air Defense employment and operations, teaching at premier Navy and Army courses. Advised the MAWTS-1 Commander and staff on training, operations, tactics, new equipment fielding, integration, deployment, logistics of military equipment worth in excess of $4B.Responsible for the management and execution of 8 WTI courses, which incorporated multiple Joint units in a large force exercise.Validated and revised training and readiness manual for the Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) community by providing subject matter expertise, developing new materials ensuring regulatory compliance, improved training, and combat readiness remained at the utmost highest standard. Provided subject matter expertise to materiel developer to identify manpower estimates, operator, maintainer, training, and support data for GBAD future weapons systems requirements.
