Indeio is a professional consulting firm specializing in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostics fields.- Member of Executive Team for Network Partners Group companies responsible for strategic vision, operational performance and M&A strategy.- Co-founder of Indeio professional services business (NPG company portfolio) and drove growth from startup to $8mm revenue in 2.5 years- Established scalable operational budget and managed performance through a leadership team of five reporting to myself. Oversight of an organization of 42 employees within the Indeio brand and 351 within the NPG brand. - Established an industry disrupting service offering to position Indeio as an employer of choice and first call service provider for our client partners.- Launched all systems (Website, Bullhorn ATS, Hubspot CRM etc) to operate Indeio processes.
