Progressively achieved advanced senior leader positions within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the district project execution level to a senior leadership positions at the Headquarters in Washington DC; responsible for the design and construction on military Installations throughout the world for the Department of Defense Agencies and Air Force Military Construction programs worldwide.Retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in July 2014. After retirement worked with Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. to support the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) in developing their Facility Engineer academic course curriculum and materials.Rehired annuitant working for the Mandatory Medical Facilities Center of Expertise to assist in the execution of the $1.3B Landstuhl, Germany Hospital Replacement project. Co-located at the Corps of Engineers District office in Wiesbaden, German to integrate with the district team and provide senior leadership guidance and expertise.
