Month-end reporting of 15 strategic performance measures (KPIs): - - Reports for 50+ Market Heads delivered through intranet. - - Creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Excel. - - Collating of data from multiple sources. - - Pulling data directly from the databases using SQL. - - Building good relationships with other departments to obtain additional data.Building of complex forecasting models: - - Providing robust future numbers for the organisation’s key revenue drivers. - - Such as for ‘exam entries’, an important item for cashflow due to its size. - - Also for ‘new members’, to support the forecast of annual subscription fee income.Assisting with the quarterly new students (sales) forecasting process: - - Supporting the Regional Heads of Sales & Marketing. - - Production of forecasting templates. - - Collation of submissions into one master document. - - Challenging of overly pessimistic or optimistic submissions.Helping the department with the annual audit: - - Providing the necessary evidence for the organisation’s top-level KPIs. - - Answering auditors queries if required.

• Providing regular and ad-hoc non-financial data to Market Heads• Assisting with budgeting and reforecasting at a country level.• Writing business cases for/with Regional Directors

• Preparation of monthly variance analysis reports using Oracle Financials• Auditing and transferring the financial transactions and records from the international offices (Quickbooks) into the head office system (Oracle Financials).• Administering and supporting the budgeting processes• Month-end journal processing, including accruals and prepayments

• Full responsibility for the company’s purchase ledger processes, using Whistlebrook financial software.• Helping other members of the team with international bank transfers and bank reconciliations as required.• Fixed asset register creation and maintenance, including the processing of monthly depreciation.

• All aspects of credit card management• Training of, and supporting, temporary employees• Payment processing for Diners’ Club card using SAP software
