I led relocation onshore and re-designed operations with customers, staff and management working iteratively to embed new design within 6 months. In this capacity I developed an innovative Targeted Distribution model using big data to transform the delivery of printed directories to those areas most aligned to print product consumption. Result: improved sustainability, waste reduction.

Responsible for the Australia wide distribution of Sensis’ White and Yellow Pages printed directory products and management of associated environmental plans.I advocated and pioneered a process for consumers to “opt out” of print directory distribution, including ideation and launch of a consumer choice directory website www.directoryselect.com.au and associated database to support supplier fulfilment. Result: workload automation, satisfied customers, waste reduction.

Responsible for Yellow Pages print and digital product portfolio development, marketing communications, media handling and brand protection.During this intensely competitive period I led multiple initiatives to protect and grow the Yellow Pages portfolio. Highlights included:• Launch of a major vertical website www.homeatyellow.com.au to engage home renovators early in their discovery phase for later connection with our trades and services customers.• Launch of Yellow Mobile, released in synch with activation of Telstra’s NextG network to create a true location based search experience for consumers with map integration.
