Accountable for Total Facilities Management of 32 Complex Buildings including Mechanical , Electrical and Soft FM provision.Handling the upkeep and maintenance of the contract, resolving operational issues of both a Mechanical and Environmental nature. Implementing Preventative Maintenance schedules for self delivery and sub-contractor completion. Managing a maintenance team completing both Reactive and Planned Maintenance in accordance with service level agreements. Involvement in all aspects of Energy and Environmental developments across all sites and included in the Contractual agreements and improvement plans being discussed and progressed.

Reporting to the General Manager with direct Client interface at all Management and staff levels.Accountible for Total Facilities Management of Complex Buildings within the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Services buildings including Mechanical , Electrical and Soft FM provision.Responsibilities include ensuring Planning and Full Statutory Compliance across all FM activities and all staff and Specialist Sub Contractors are competent to complete all tasks and activities.Preparation and presentation of all Weekly and Monthly reports to Contract Management and attendance at regular Client meetings.Soft Services Management of Contracted Cleaning teams to complete all levels of site Cleaning , Grounds maintenance ,Pest Control and Security support across the Contract. Involvement in all aspects of Energy and Environmental developments across all sites and included in the Contractual agreements and improvement plans being discussed and progressed.

Reporting to the General Manager across a number Northern Area sites meeting all Client Contractual expectations.Effective Management to improve Service delivery efficiencies.Implementation of supporting processes and procedures to ensure full Statutory Compliance across all sites and that all expected KPI and SLA targets were met and exceeded.

Carried out planned and preventative maintenance on various pieces of mechanical and electrical machinery whilst on board TYPE 42 Destroyers and Mine sweepers. Fault diagnosis and repairing various engineering assets, using technical literature, drawings and plans using personal knowledge of the system to ensure effective Service Delivery
