• Encompass all of the functions of purchasing, inventory management, purchase order commitment, placement and tracking for six different business units across Mizuno’s Running, Baseball, and Volleyball divisions.• Maintaining proper inventory to fulfill demand requirements, at a branch and SKU level, in order to achieve customer service level targets, managing inventory levels with a focus on inventory reduction, and planning and executing seasonal finished goods supply plans.• Correspond with over 20 different vendors, both domestic and international, to purchase and manage goods, negotiate rates, schedule shipments, plan against capacity constraints, and work with distribution team to ensure timely receipt.• Develop and validate the order plan as a result of the MRP process within DSX and JDE in line with our demand, safety stock, order minimum and open-to-buy requirements.

Greater Atlanta Area

• Execute daily operations of Latin America in-line sales which include research of inventory, order entry, order confirmation, creating Commercial Invoices, and arrangement of shipments to account/forwarder.• Manage a bulk order entry process for both Volleyball and Running divisions, which has allowed accounts better access to inventory. • Analyze daily and weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and distributes across multiple departments helping to improve communication through the company and insight to our business/revenue.• Support various departments throughout the company including Supply Chain in reviewing Supply and Demand to resolve inventory issues, consolidate multiple lines on booking orders, and/or to fill back ordered requests through force allocation if applicable.• Manage daily expedited order requests, coordinating with the distribution center to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
