Since 2008 I have been with Hutchies as a Site Construction Manager, essentially oversee operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards. A large portion of my responsibility is problem solving and site co-ordination. The challenge each day requires lateral thinking as I'm pretty much the go to person for all trades and consultants. Prior to Australia for 20 years I had my own NZ building company constructing new homes. During this time 5 years was spent carrying out Marine Piling as a Unrestricted Rigger within Auckland, with a stint over in Indonesia as a Surface Supply Construction Diver.

  I have been involved in residential, commercial, industrial, council and government works including schools with projects varying in size from $80,000 - $30 million. They have included the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Kingaroy and Cairns regions.I Manage and liaising with new and established trade partners, sub contractors, industry contacts and ground crews on a regular and ongoing basis. My duties include weekly programming and problem solving.
