Design and model proprietary Coil Tubing drilling rigs using ProEngineer• Create part and weldment drawings based on prototype designs• Spec mechanical components to incorporate into designs• Work with vendors and contractors to get projects complete on time and onbudget

Design proprietary Resettable Liner Drilling System for Client• Create individual part drawings based on prototype models• Communicate with Vendors to source components• Assemble and test tools as they are received

Design and draft prototype Casing Drilling tools using SolidWorks• Train and supervise Jr. Designers• Write up Purchase Requisitions to order new parts• Complete Engineering Change Notices to modify existing parts• Answer Vendor Technical Query’s• Assemble and test the tools I design

Draw up blue prints and measure roofs in order to calculate costs.• Deal with customers both in person and over the phone.• Use MS Word and Excel to produce quotes.• Meet and discuss estimating results with clients.• Negotiate pricing with clients.• Manage and organize my files and quotes.
