I led ESPN's social ad sales strategy and the Sports Brand Solutions social team within Disney Ad Sales. We develop ad sales monetization strategies and partnership solutions for ESPN content on Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, including sponsored and branded content opportunities. We have also recently established ESPN talent as social influencer business, unlocking new ways to work with ESPN talent and ESPN CreativeWorks on social media.

Managed the Disney Digital Network national Sales Development team, responsible for custom advertising and branded content solutions in response to our advertising partner requests and proactive development of scalable marketing solutions supporting our key Disney editorial and product priorities. In 2017, I played a key role in merging Disney Interactive and Maker Studios sales teams, most importantly managing a team with members from both companies. I also worked with my peers in editorial, production, legal, and finance to establish new workflows and process.In 2019, as Disney Digital Network became part of Disney Ad Sales, I led national sales trainings on Disney Digital Network digital branded content offerings and helped create the sales positioning for Disney Digital Network within the Disney Ad Sales.

Led the West Coast Sales Development team at Maker Studios. In partnership with our sales teams, I led campaign strategy with many of our top clients in Retail, CPG, Entertainment and Gaming, as well has helped win business with partners in new categories like Telco and Finance. I worked cross functionally to develop improved internal workflows, as Maker went from a scrappy start up company to a established ad sales business.

Managed the team responsible for advertising sales and monetization strategy for the Yahoo! Entertainment properties (Movies, Music, Celebrity, TV, and Games). Primary focus was to develop go to market strategies and unique advertising solutions that activate advertising partner objectives. This includes key video franchises, major editorial events, new product launches, native ads, and content marketing initiatives. I worked closely with business development, editorial, product, and video production teams to create strategies and to advise on future monetization opportunities.

Created go to market monetization strategy for Yahoo! Sports and Yahoo! News. To achieve our goals, I developed custom advertising programs for top tier advertisers. Sponsorship programs included a variety of products including video, mobile, tablet, fantasy sports, original editorial content, and TV Companion experiences.Partnered with Product, Editorial, Business Development, and Sales teams to provide insights to help grow advertising sales revenue, produce best in class client advertising solutions, and ensure proper execution of sales programs.

I worked on the New Line Cinema account at Carat for nearly 2.5 years. I was responsible for planning Network / Cable TV, Radio, Outdoor, and Print media strategies for each New Line theatrical release. I worked on releases like Wedding Crashers, Rush Hour 3, and many more.
