I was instrumental in leading the Group's all-encompassing digital transformation programme. I created and implemented strategic 12-month plans for a range of technical tasks, coordinating IT operations with business objectives. I led and coached a variety of teams as a leader, including information security, reporting & app support professionals, and IT Support & Infrastructure Engineers. Encouraging an environment of ongoing enhancement and career advancement, I shaped technological choices for important subsidiaries such as Parkingeye, Avantpark, and Evology.The implementation of a security defence strategy using a Microsoft-first approach was one of my major accomplishments. This led to Cyber Essentials accreditations being obtained, audits completed, and the securement of commercial tenders to improve the overall security posture. Furthermore, I assumed responsibility for all IT budgets, strategically leading service enhancements and streamlining expenditure endeavours, resulting in an OPEX decrease of more than £300k in the first quarter and contributing to an EBITDA expansion above £3m.As the Chief Technical and Product Officer's direct report to the board, it was my responsibility to make sure that IT plans complemented overarching business goals. I led IT operations in the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Austria while working in a multinational setting, demonstrating my global awareness and cross-cultural management skills.I oversaw several important projects and deliverables, such as contract negotiations, internal and external stakeholder management, team organisation, and training initiatives. In addition to leading a multimillion-pound Microsoft tender and overseeing the opening of new offices equipped with cutting-edge technology like PaperCut, Meraki WiFi, and Teams Rooms, I also introduced an Agile PM approach and ITIL framework.

As the worldwide IT strategy architect for a top technology company, I had a significant impact. As the head of corporate IT teams in Japan, the US, the UK, and North America, I successfully oversaw global technological initiatives with business objectives. As the CFO's direct report to the board, I made sure that there was a high standard of accountability and effective communication with senior executives, all of which contributed to the delivery of significant outcomes.I led the digital transformation of ESG and promoted financial stewardship and strategic resource allocation to support important IT initiatives while overseeing a multimillion-pound budget and stimulating innovation inside the company. I managed policy and procedure management to improve ESG's security posture, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and protecting confidential data, while also overseeing ISO27001 Security Audits.Managing and negotiating vendor partnerships, streamlining licencing agreements, and guaranteeing economical solutions were all part of my leadership role in licence and contract management. In addition, I oversaw and completed corporate IT projects with success.To increase operational efficiency, I identified and implemented changes to systems, processes, and services while promoting a continuous improvement culture among the IT teams. By approaching IT projects with a customer-centric mindset, I ensured that technological solutions satisfied the demands of both internal and external stakeholders, resulting in increased user satisfaction and overall corporate success.

I led and carried out strategic IT initiatives by utilising my practical technical abilities. I took on the challenge of creating the team/function from the ground up, and I was able to create a high-performing team that eventually grew to eight individuals. I demonstrated financial expertise and maximised resource allocation for IT projects by capably handling a significant budget.I created and oversaw a detailed IT strategy and roadmap, actively pushing advancements to boost productivity and complement the overarching business plan. By regularly interacting with the UK Exec Board, I made sure that IT and executive leadership were communicating and aligning strategically. I managed the IT Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in addition to having overall responsibility for IT service management. I also kept up good relations with outside vendors and suppliers to make sure that service delivery and cooperation adhered to company standards.My contribution to the creation and execution of new IT protocols and strategies aimed at boosting productivity, optimising workflow, and raising user satisfaction was instrumental. By regularly conducting IT service reviews with suppliers and partners, I helped to ensure that the goals of the business were met, and that continuous improvement took place. I kept the department's performance and future objectives transparent by creating monthly IT Service Reports and Roadmap updates.Throughout my employment, I also established the Corporate IT Department's IT infrastructure strategy, design, and procedures, ensuring they were in line with business objectives and industry best practices.

As the Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, I led the effort to establish relationships with internal stakeholders, wider business stakeholders, and the customer base. Our goal was to enhance and improve the service delivered by the Infrastructure team. I ensured that customers received excellent service. My responsibilities included running and managing the Demand & Capacity Management process for IT Infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of compute resources. My role was a blend of an SDM, Capacity Manager, IT PM, and Corporate Services Manager.I was also responsible for managing, monitoring, and escalating service desk tickets to meet or exceed contracted SLAs or OLAs. As an active member of the incident management team, I composed our Major Incident Reports. Additionally, I provided monthly and quarterly ITSM reports to management. As the Chair of the monthly Capacity Forum, I played a crucial role in monitoring and forecasting the Infrastructure estate, addressing issues and concerns, and planning for Infrastructure enhancements. Proactively preventing Capacity-related incidents was a key focus of my work.
