I am a mental health counselor; leadership coach; educator; consultant; prevention, motivation, and behavior researcher; and intervention and product designer with a proven track record of obtaining federal funding for idea to innovation product development and the evaluation of the implementation and efficacy of these population health solutions.I help innovators, researchers, and leaders become better listeners, driving businesses toward solutions that prioritize customer stories and scientific evidence to build and design for specific users.
