Responsible for the Physical / Network Integration of all the existing and proposed warehouses into the consolidated SAP environment. Responsible for Best Foods Facilities integration and elimination. R&D integration and Somerset shutdown. Data Center integration and shut down. Staff integration between the 700 and 800 Sylvan sites. Responsible for network and server sizing and capacity planning during this phase of the integration.

This Unilever Business was the result of the acquisition of Helene Curtis and its subsequent merge with Chesebrough-Ponds and Lever Brothers. Project Manager responsible for the creation and population of the HPC USA Unified Product Data Base.Project Manager responsible for the architect and design of the supply chain planning data based that was used the set the New USA traffic volume projections. Responsible for the consolation of the Helene Curtis Data Center into the Unilever GIO North America Data Center and it subsequent closure.

Responsible for the IT support of the Sales and Marketing groups of Ragu Foods and subsequent Consumer Products group of Van den Bergh Foods located in Ct.Responsible for VDBF-UK on the deploment of Eureka into the VDBF US Sales and Marketing groups. Represented the Sales Organization in the Application Selection process for the merge between Ragu Foods and VDBF USA. Designed and developed the tools for the migrations of the Metaphore data bases from Eden Prarie to Rochester New York data center for usage by the marketing teams in Ct. Project managed the relocation of all staff between Lever House and Trumbull Ct and from Trumbull Ct to Rochester NY.Designed and archected the Profit Planning system which was the first 4 dimentional data base deployed in Unilever and used until the intergration of VDBF USA and TJ Lipton..

.Various responsibilities within the Data Center including Manager of Scheduling, Technical Services Lead, Divisional Operation Manager.In the early 1970’s, designed and developed the Systems Development Life Cycle for Chesebrough Ponds. Within the Life Cycle were Standards for Systems Development and Operations, Standard Naming Conventions, and Operations Process and Procedure Manuals.Developed Chesebrough IT Charge Back process and procedures. Ensured that correct budgeting was done to support the IT and Business Initiatives as a result of the Charge Back Process. Developed a group of low level technical staff responsible for the resolution of operational and system problems. It Applications Manager, responsible for all Manufacturing and R&D Systems supporting all Chesebrough Ponds business units/As Divisional Operations Manager, responsible for the technical and operation of all computing systems in support of the Chesebrough Pond’s Health and Beauty Division.Business Systems manager responsible for the selection of tools necessary to support the go forward direction IT within Chesebrough for the ’90’s. This included the selection of code generations, business data base management and reporting tools and the necessary computing equipment of Personal Computers and Servers.
