Stephen is a business entrepreneur who has founded four successful businesses in Calgary since graduating from the University of Calgary (Business & Finance) in 2007. He is the father of three children and is currently managing three companies employing over 150 people.Stephen co-founded Ironclad Earthworks with his brother in 2009 and has grown the company into one the most reputable civil construction companies in Southern Alberta. Stephen’s business judgement and ability to recruit and retain high quality talent has been one of the keys to Ironclad's success. In 2014, Stephen was one of the few Canadian entrepreneurs to foresee the eventual legalization of cannabis and he founded one of Calgary's first licensed cannabis producers to take advantage of the explosive growth opportunities in the Canadian market. Stephen is also the co-founder, major investor and board member of Enercat Technology. Stephen provided ongoing strategic direction since co-founding the company in early 2021 and led a successful capital raise in 2022, which has resulted in Enercat experiencing rapid growth and achieving significant success in existing and new geographic markets.
