Leads a team of globally dispersed ProjectWise administrators and support staff, responsible for all aspects of ProjectWise support globally. Works closely with user product manager, to define and implement strategy for ProjectWise deployments, both on premise and Microsoft Azure platform solutions.

Provide expert leadership to Information Technology, Engineering Systems, and CAD operations, supporting the Houston office and Mining and Metals Group in Salt Lake City, along with providing administrative assistance to the Kolkata, India office. Direct engineering application support activities, which includes rendering support for all non-CAD software, software packaging, database support, and program development. Oversee the IT Department in directly supporting more than 2,800 users across Houston, Texas; Perryville, New Jersey, and Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; as well as Bogota, Colombia, and Trinidad and Tobago. I created several MicroStation MVBA programs. A couple that I am very proud of was Standards Program, which was an interface to a Access Database. The MVBA form allowed the user to easily find the drawing standard and add the standard to a folder within ProjectWise.The other application was created for the Bridge Inspection Group. It was created to visually show the elevation sounding they took to show the scour around bridge footing, pilings. From the Excel data, I created an XML file that was used to not only show the current years scour but could also show all of the previous years scour.
