Deal Implementation is a gateway to providing sustainable deliverables to HP Technical Support clients through understanding both the client’s expectations and the HP offering. It involves designing, validating and gaining acceptance of appropriate courses of action for achieving organisational objectives and thereby accomplishing & developing a cohesive delivery mechanism which satisfies all parties involved. The Deal Implementation team focuses on local and global complex deals in order to deliver quality solutions to HP's customers, via re-use of industry standard optimised delivery model. The DIM works closely with the HP global Engagement & Pursuit Management teams to ensure that the proposed solution is feasible for delivery readiness, by reviewing the operational components during proposal generation ensuring the feasibility of new bespoke delivery models.The DIM develops and tests delivery processes, highlighting risks and recommending contingency, including difficult areas with third parties to ensure rapid start-up of service and consistent delivery to Service Level Agreement. Additionally, the DIM will take primary responsibility to implement the business directly with the customer and with third parties once the deal is won.

Responsible for providing accurate quotations and setting correct customer expectations for requests for relocations of customers mission critical equipment between sites and countries. On receipt of purchase order acting as a single point of contact and management for all move related tasks from initiation to completeion. Co-ordinating the planning and project management of all related resources, HP\customer & third parties to ensure all activities are completed to the customers satisfaction. On completeion of the relocation ensuring the project is closed and billed correctly and feedback received to measure customer experience.

Providing personalised professional support to my assigned customers in various industry segments, acting as the primary relationship point for my clients ensuring a highly professional two-way relationship between all areas of my clients organisations. Maintain accurate and informative prepared Account Support Plans which are updated on a regular basis. Act as escalation manager during escalated service issues. Work in a proactive manner to ensure customers are aware of the company’s product and hardware roadmaps as they become available. Ensure questions, cases and other customer requests are dealt with in a timely fashion

Providing support for field sales team in the Telecoms industry focused team, acting as focal point for customer requests and escalations. Provide advice and quotes on best technical solutions to customer needs and build close & long term relationships with key customer contacts which required liaising across the HP organization to ensure customer resolutions met.

Responsibilities were to manage the Healthcare demstock inventory budget of $2 Million, ensuring no write-off cost’s incurred by the group for overage or obsolete inventory
