I was answering inbound queires from policyholders and garages in relation the the repairs to the insured's vehicle. Arranging for the vehicle to be booked into a garage for repairs and overlooking the engineer report coming through and getting the repairs authorised. If the vehicle was a total loss then i was confirming if the valuation given by the engineer was agreed and requesting the relevant documentaion from the insured in order to issue the payment.
