CurrentI am a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Property Department based at our Swansea SA1 office.I undertake a variety of commercial and residential property work with a particular emphasis on commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, together with acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of leases, lease renewals, surrenders and assignments.I also advise on sales and purchases of businesses as going concerns.Experienced with residential property developments, I have assisted developers with site acquisitions, the development of documentation, infrastructure agreements, statutory and planning matters and associated construction documentation.I also have extensive experience dealing with agricultural barn conversions, rural properties and leasehold flats.
