I lead the Finance and Internal reporting team in supporting decision making throughout the organisation including ensuring consistent operation of effective budgetary controls, efficient and effective financial and reporting processes and the provision of financial and wider planning and performance reporting that meets the needs of the charity.I support the Deputy Chief Executive / Director of Finance and Performance in assisting colleagues across the organisation to assess the potential impact of and to implement new income streams or other new initiatives (including tax and legal structures, if required).I ensure the timely production and communication of fit-for-purpose financial, planning, performance and risk management reporting to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Board and sub-committees as appropriate.I ensure the discharge of statutory annual financial reporting and HMRC reporting obligations by delivery of timely and accurate annual report and accounts and compliance with HMRC requirements.I support the Deputy Chief Executive / Director of Finance and Performance and deputise for the director in their absence.
