Through out my 20 years of management I have done it all from budgeting, hiring, training, operations and improvement of staff and profits. Success comes down to showing people that you care. That in return creates a success in growing revenues, streamlining operations, efficiencies, abudgets. This is my foundation and leadership style. It helps your staff by knowing what their goals are, what they need, how to train, motivate and get them engaged on the mission. Their success matters if they continue to work for you or not. I always want to be a resource for my team. From the ground floor to 21 years, we have been successful. 5 Locations I have managed increase in sales and profits earning 6 sales increase awards and a national ranking in the top 10 out of 450+ stores. In the last 2 years my current location is up $960k despite the pandemic. Throughout my time, at every store, I've made it my mission to leave it better than what I walked into and that's how I've been able to hit numbers no one else could or has since.
