Directed and managed the accelerated development, acquisition, product improvement and technology insertion of radar payloads and automatic target cueing/recognition capabilities. Responsible for executing approximately $150M for research, development and acquisition activities and directing the activities of over 100 National and Army laboratory, civilian matrix and contractor professionals.
