Mr. Stephen Horsman is a licensed professional engineer (British Columbia, Washington and Yukon) responsible for planning, design, and construction management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. His skills focus on project management, multi-disciplinary team leadership, alternate project delivery, treatment process design, process piloting and infrastructure commissioning. Stephen is a servant leader in training and enjoys collaborating with local governments across the Pacific Northwest and abroad to solve their water supply and treatment challenges.Stephen is actively involved in professional associations including leadership roles on the BC Water and Waste Association (Past President), Association of Consulting Engineers of BC (Okanagan YP-Committee), and Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (Representative-Okanagan Basin Water Board).
