New Product Introduction taking the project lead role.Constructing the project plan and taking ownership of the change control for the introduction of the new product.Setting out the validation plan for NPI activities.Executing all the work detailed within the validation plan relating to NPI activities CIP, SIP, and PPQP.Tracking the work carried out using Trackwise.Clean in place validation, process capability, process performance, and media qualification.Generating protocols to be executed in accordance with the validation plan.Arranging and completing line trial exercises.Running project meetings with cross functional groups.Reporting all validation activities.Taking part in internal and regulatory audits.

Maintain an effective supply chain.Plan all production to meet customer demand.Maintain quality and safety.Manage product regulatory requirements.Manage supplier relationships.Develop new product formulations.

Project manage all product development activities.Formulate new products.Supply test materials for field trail work.Manage the companies production activities.Manage all company suppliers relating to production.Manage product quality and safety.

Manage the companies NPI process.Perform technical feasibility on all enquiries.Be part of large project teams.Manage smaller cross functional project teams.

Manage three production lines and all personnel.Manage line output against production plan, right first time to the correct quality.Train the team to the correct standards.Improve productivity using continuous improvement techniques.

Project manage product line trials to supply stability test materials.Produce placebo metered dose inhalers for large customers to feed their clinical trail programs.Manufacture, fill and distribute clinical material for a novel dry powder asthma inhaler.
