Post move I was responsible for admin work such as customer satisfaction surveys as well as billing and liaison with the Quality Control department on any issues raised. This role demanded me to work long hours in a high pressure - constantly evolving environment. As part of Lloyd’s PPI repayment program my role as claims analyst involved investigating customer complaints regarding over payment and unfair sales of insurance policies. My role involved direct customer contact via email and telephone in order to make the correct decision on each case. I was required to meet daily targets and work within a team to reach this goal.

My role here as events and promotions manager involved marketing and promoting of student themed nights, booking of acts and DJs, managing of social media sites and the booking of private functions. During my time here I managed to greatly increase the footfall, turnover and social media presence of the venue turning it into a popular destination for UL students once more.
