In my current role as the middleware architect I'm resposible for the eCommerce infrastructure design including the security B2C and B2B security tier implemented in TIMTAM, TDS, TDI and Datapower, Web server tier apache,IIS & iPlanet, Content management systems Tridion and teamsite, search engines Coveo, Application server tier Websphere application server, JBoss, ATG DAS, Bluestone, Intergation Websphere MQ , Websphere message broker. System management including Jenkins & Nexus, Tivoli monitoring. I provide daily 3rd line support for the eCommerce middleware runtimes listed above including being part of the 24*7 out of hours support rota. This includes resolving incident,working on changes and working with incident & problem managers to resolve complex technical incidents and changes.My role includes all aspects of the project life cycle from feasbility, high level and detailed designs, estimating, technical oversight of project delivery, project delivery hands on building infrastrucuture and software, implementation itself through to BAU support. This includes both in house JEE web applications and 3 party software such as Tridon, FICO Blaze advisor & Coveo.
