● Manage a team of 4 Sales Development Reps (SDRs) conducting outbound B2B prospecting- Provide bespoke prospecting for ADP’s Compliance Solutions and Workforce Now teams- Deliver insights, voice of customer, achievement, and activity reports to client stakeholders - Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and Conquer (formerly DialSource) for reporting● Supervise a team of 12 Lead Development Reps (LDRs) conducting B2B inbound lead gen- Exceed 80% SLA for 4-plus years for 87,000 annual inbound phone calls on 54 TFNs- Grew program to encompass all inbound phone, chat, web lead gen for ADP US and Canada- Use Salesforce, Nextiva, Salesloft, and Drift for reporting● Lead a team of 6 business intelligence analysts- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for 125-plus employees- Provide analysis, modeling, visualization and insights for informed decision making- Produce capacity models, forecasts, key performance indicators for internal/external use- Create sales play and cadence validation models for use with Salesloft and Outreach- Administer Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, and Drift instances- Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and visualization
