- Preservation/Maintenance Manager for the INPEX project.- Development and management of preservation tasks that rolled on to a maintenance regime after commisioning had been completed prior to hand over to the client.

Preservation Supervisor for all equipment at construction work face for Gorgon project.During my last 5 months I was seconded to help with commissioning and maintaining the Utilities area.

- Leadership of a team of 16 blue collar employees and 2 white collar roles.- Implemented and manged preservation for the KJV client for the Gorgon project.- Preservation planning and execution of a range of equipment from complete vendor skids( Generators) through to warehousing of individual equipment/components.

Production superintendent for operations at the HIsmelt plant in Kwinana.During the 2009 GFC I was involved with placing the plant into a care and maintenance mode for 18 months. This is where I first started to develop skills and pratices in the preservation systemms.During my time there I held the following roles:- 2 years a Control System Engineer- 18 Months as E&I technician for production.
