In December 2023, RedEye was acquired by Accruent and Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV). I played a lead role in the acquisition and I am currently involved in the integration of RedEye into Accruent.

Private Equity/VC funded SaaS scale up operating in Australia, New Zealand and North America. Current role leads finance, company secretary and corporate services functions. Successfully led the company alongside blue chip VCs and private capital funds through an exit process where RedEye was acquired by Accruent LLC, an OpCo of Fortune 500 Fortive Corporation.
