I am the primary point of contact for all of our world-wide distributors regarding all day-to-day interactions. Additionally, I spearhead our quest for outstanding new distributors. I also provide support to all distributrors by providing product training (on-line and face-to-face) and joining them on sales calls, where practical.I lead all new product development and supervise all production activities/staff. I lead all on-line marketing presence and lead the development of all print media/marketing tools.Finally, I am responsible for all aspects of the financial health of our enterprise.

I led the start-up of this digital sign making business in Canada's Arctic. I oversaw all financial matters of the business and worked closely with my partner, Mary Hokinen, who was the graphics and production expertise in the company.

I was responsible for all sales development, client care, strategic planning and the implementation of all operating actvities and capital infrastructure acquisitions. I was totally responsible for all things fiscal.
