Applying this to an IT operations realm to enable ops teams to manage applications, solutions and infrastructure in traditional, hybrid and cloud native modes.I have a broad understanding of the content management, business process management, records management and the benefits and challenges large organizations encounter when considering and implementing them.I have strong experience managing technically biased sales, marketing and development teams. I find this role enjoyable and challenging.My career has followed a path from Enginering, Customer Support, Sales Support to Product Management. While maintaining a strong technical background I have moved to more customer and business engaged positions.
