My role as Technical Manager consisted of running a department whose responsibility was to ensure that our product offer was fully certificated through various test bodies. Fire, smoke, acoustic, security, ballistic, mechanical service were all features that had to be proven. Further support was given to our commercial and sales departments with a view to attending meetings on site with our customers to advise on specific detailing that was beyond the knowledge of the sales personnelSpecific training workshops were presented to internal and external staff to improve their knowledge on a wide range of subjects.
