Working domestically and internationally has taught me the value of seeking to understand first, the value of diverse opinions, when to push and when to slow down.The experience and knowledge gained working as a senior IT leader for both US and German international companies has given me the opportunity to understand the importance of clarity, focus and transparency in motivating people and achieving results across diverse cultures.Leading teams and delivering business results thru IT has been at core of my career, whether via mergers, divestitures, manufacturing plant rationalizations or traditional IT activities such as leading teams within Supply Chain/Manufacturing IT, Architecture and Infrastructure.Recently I’ve been fortunate enough to have experienced M&A from both the acquisition and divestiture perspectives. Developing, aligning and executing plans, realizing synergy targets and carving-out and rationalizing IT application portfolios to accelerate business value across different companies.
