Enthusiastic Software Developer with programming experience both inside and outside of the workplace, and an interest in learning more.I have been interested in programming since I was in high school, wanting to make modifications to video games and make add-ons to gaming community forums running on PHP. I taught myself technologies such as LUA, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript (including NodeJS) to achieve this.After high school I earned a Certificate III in Information Technology and started a job as a Support Consultant, however after six months I moved into Software Development once my supervisor noticed my interest in programming.I taught myself the programming language they are using, Visual FoxPro, and have now been working there for over seven years. I have been told that I am one of the best programmers they have ever had, successfully implementing changes that they had been told was not possible to do.
