I am currently studying Property Development (BSc Hons) full time at the University of Portsmouth. This is an RICS accredited course. I am enjoying it very much and received the award for best student in my first year. I am also a pear assisted learning mentor for first year students.

Working with client to develop usable designs for incorporating several buildings into a single large luxury residence in the heart of the Cotswolds. Using Revit to create 2D floorplans, 3D models, high quality renders and animations for costing and feasibility analysis prior to planning application.

Responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. My duties also include ordering, menu planning, overseeing the FSM paperwork and financial reports.

Alongside my employment at Stooks and during the furloughed period I have had the opportunity to develop our family home from a 3 bed bungalow to a substantial 7 bed house. This has been a sound investment opportunity and provides a lasting home for my family. I have overseen every element from initial concept to completion.

Kingdom Faith is a Christian charity comprising of a 400+ congregation, Leadership training college, Hub Cafe coffee shop and community based social action projects. As a part of Kingdom Faith I held two main roles:Hospitality and Catering Department Manager, Kingdom FaithI was responsible for all aspects of hospitality and catering operations for kingdom Faith.My duties involved:Corporate hospitality across multiple sites including residential functionsConferences, weddings and events from 90 to 5000 delegatesSupplier negotiation and account management Head chef Budget controlMenu planning and developmentOverseeing the day to day catering for the 100+ residential studentsCosting and stock controlEquipment and infrastructure management Managing and training a day to day kitchen staff of 3 chefs, 9 staff and up to 30 staff on larger events. Oversight of the Hub CafeFaculty MemberKingdom Faith Training College offers a 3 year training program in practical theology and leadership including an internship program. As a faculty member I was responsible for: Being an ambassador for Kingdom Faith to national and international relating partners Lecturing on communication skills, leadership and various aspects of practical theologyCandidate interviews for prospective studentsAssessing students and conducting progress reviews Training mentors and emerging leaders. 1 to 1 mentoring students and small group leadership I was also involved in leadership and operations groups responsible for strategic planning for the growth and development of the charity as a whole. Over this time I received extensive training from external management consultants and internal senior management to develop my personal leadership and management skills.

Sugar & Snow is a luxury artisan ice cream parlour and pancake house in Horsham producing 36 flavours of hand made ice cream along side a full restaurant menu. From the initial concept I established Sugar & Snow as a strong brand and project managed the renovation of a retail premises into a well fitted and functioning 40 seat restaurant with a 15 strong team.
