Stephen Ingalls, Pmp Email and Phone Number
I am a seasoned senior leader with the advantage of over 40 years of experience, 22 of that as a U.S. Army Aviation Officer flying attack aircraft. After retiring in 2004 and entering the civilian phase of my life, I was fortunate to work for manufacturing, engineering research, federal contracting, and leadership development organizations. This latter focus is with Catalyzer, a veteran-owned leadership development consultancy.Catalyzer arms individuals, teams, and organizations with skills-focused knowledge and thinking that ignites their growth - from wherever they are, to where they hope to be. Our engagements often involve one or more of Catalyzer's services offerings - tailored leadership programs, one-on-one coaching, execution support for people-focused programs, and executive partnerships via Fractional Chief Learning Officer engagements. Since the organization's formation, we have developed and delivered over 520 programs for over 16,000 leaders nationwide. I serve as Catalyzer's CEO/President where my duties include traditional executive leadership/strategic direction, curriculum development, and program execution with a focus on sustaining our culture of character, empathy, trust, and accountability.Lifelong learning is important to me, and I have earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management, a Master of Military Art and Science, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering. At a more micro-level, I was also afforded the opportunity to earn my certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).My father once told me I was a gifted teacher, perhaps a trait I was able to develop during my time at West Point as an Instructor and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Engineering. While teaching at West Point, I received a NASA/American Society of Engineering Educators (ASEE) fellowship, where I joined NASA's Engineering Division at Johnson Manned Spaceflight Center in Houston during the summer of 1994. In 2010, I was honored with induction into Sigma Gamma Tau, the professional honor society for aerospace engineers. I later served as an Instructor of Tactics at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. After goofing it up as often as I did, my passion is in developing others - something Catalyzer and my family afford me opportunity to do on a daily basis. That family includes my wife of over 40 years, our two sons, a superstar daughter-in-law, and five grandchildren. My grandchildren lead me in ways they do not appreciate, and allow me some redemption from leadership missteps earlier in my life.
