Stephen is an experienced manager having held leadership positions in the Honourable Company of Air Pilots (HCAP), the Aerial Agricultural Aviation Industry as an operator and maintenance supplier, and the LOSA Collaborative covering both Airline and Rotary Wing Operations. Stephen is a long-standing member of the International LOSA Collaborative development team, developing unique Line Operations Safety Audits for HEMS, SAR, Offshore helicopter operators, as well as Maintenance, and introducing these around the world. Stephen also manages the Spanish speaking airline LOSAs.

Owner operator of Aerial Work company offering aerial spraying, charter, geophysical survey and light aircraft maintenance. On contract setup geophysical survey fixed wing company for UTS (Perth) converting the aircraft and performing the engineering test flying. Setup aerial work operation, (Pest control on cotton) in El Quebrachal, Salta Province, Argentina. Advice to the South African CAA on low level operations, including pilot training and operational standards. Developed and installed the first environmentally compliant pesticide disposal site for aerial agricultural operations in Theodore, QLD. During this period also flew a Falcon 10 corporate jet on flights between Australia, PNG and New Zealand.

Nsw, Australia

Aerial spraying operation over cotton, both day and night. During this period, reorganised and re-equipped an aerial spraying operation in Nakuru, Kenya. Importing Air Tractor aircraft into the country using USAID. Training pilots and engineers. Worked with NSW Dept. of Agriculture to draft new pesticide application laws for that State. Contracted by Bayer Chemicals for the commercial aerial application of trials of new and experimental pesticides.
