First as a commodities trader on the Cocoa and Coffee market at Drexel Burnham (peak assets $35.9bn) and moved onto become one of the biggest names on the London Metal Exchange with E.F. Hutton (peak assets $1bn) before joining the derivatives team as Company Director at Dean Whitter Reynolds (peak assets $14bn). Off the back of many successful years at these corporations, the 90s and 00s saw Stephen branch off and start his own ventures. His first company was one of the very first boutique brokers licensed to take Client money under the A.F.B.D. City of London regulatory body, a full carrying firm member. This was followed by establishing and working for companies offshore, encompassing B.V.I., Cyprus prior to E.U. involvement, Switzerland and lastly Abu Dhabi on an 18-month project with ADS Securities a Derivative House which has since become one of the biggest in the region (peak assets $5bn). In 2014 he founded TA3 Ltd, a financial company focusing on deal sourcing, funding, acquisitions, corporate investment strategies and consulting.
