I began my career in the warehousing and distribution industry in 1995 at Pinacor Latin America, a Miami, Fl. based computer distributor servicing the USA and Latin America. I spent 5 years with Pinacor and during my tenure there I was in charge of maintaining profitable, balanced inventory levels. This was acheived thru sales monitoring, rectifying purchase order discrepancies, vendor returns, processing damages, defects and customer service issues. In 2000 I began working for Waco Associates Inc., a national filtration distributor based in Valley Forge, PA. For a short period I worked at Waco's Miami facility, the company's most profitable, and quickly worked my way into an assistant manager's position. I was involved in all aspects of warehousing from shipping & receiving to cycle counting and installations. In 2001 I relocated back to the Philadelphia area where I was able to continue working with Waco Associates Inc. I transferred to the corporate headquaters in Valley Forge, PA as an assistant warehouse manager. In 2002 I was promoted to warehouse manager and within 2 years our branch had become the company's most profitable. I was then given the added reponsibility to oversee the management and operations for our warehouse in Hopewell, Va. I also assisted the V.P. of operations in freight negotiations for UPS and 3rd party logistics services.In 2007 I parted ways with Waco Associates Inc. and joined National Label Company in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.
