Author of a trilogy of GCSE revision aids, instructional videos and educational posters and resources combine to engage students so they receive an unforgettable pedagogical experience.My online platform (https://www.biofidelity.co.uk/) delivers high quality lessons for lecturers, students and all inclusive audiences alike , wanting to understand the possiblities and power of science in the world today. I’m an advocate that believes every student possesses unique strengths and abilities. As a scientist and a teacher it's my job to allow the student to become the scientific contributors they were born to be. As an agent for positive change in the classroom utilising blended learning, I have a track record for improved productivity, communication and understanding in all learning environments and at any stage of the students/teachers journey.My motivation is enhancing the students lifelong love of learning. By producing engaging material I build enthusiasm and a desire for learning and success.I have been responsible for delivery whole school training when different platforms were introduced (e.g. Frontier, Google classrooms, Show my homework and more).In previous tenures I was head of two boarding houses of international students studying at IB level , I was part of a team that raised its OFSTED to “Outstanding" within a two year period. Held in high regard by colleagues and peers, they know they can rely on me to help with any issues or stumbling blocks which are identified in their learning communities. My peers and students rely on my honest and fair judgements and appraisals, which are widely trusted. Currently I am interesting in building on my consultancy roles and interested in scientific learning collaborations and teaching positions for colleges and universities, at a senior level, which demands use of the skills gained in my previous positions, to work alongside staff who share a passion for delivering quality education. As an AQA physics examiner I bring knowledge of exam techniques to my work which not only helps navigate the students to success but also helps and inform my colleagues and their teaching. I have developed my own website using web flow. I produce all the original illustrations and even designed the font. I have produce promotional videos for the school as well as instructional videos for students and staff.
