I was hired to train up a young team. To get production up and get the high level of inventory in our Reman warehouse down. 2014 in 6 months we doubled our production of hydraulic components. Getting our pump test rig running, pump & motors being repaired to the right quality HCM expected from HCMZ. From less 20 cores annually of which 30% were repaired at that point & 70% were new sold as Reman. Changing the workshop layout to increase flow of units for better use of man power and reduced double handling. I learnt to repair most name brands Such as Vickers, kwasaki, Sundstrand, Commercial, Denison, MH. Everything from Gear, piston & vane pump to hydraulic motors. Setting Timing & Preloading bearings to the adjustment on a controller.I learnt which seals work better in horizontal or vertical applications.
