I helped reformat the annual signature fundraising event and it generated 75+% more revenue than its prior year. I also increased overall membership and refreshed the board with younger members filled with high creativity, giving capacity and enthusiasm to sustain the new vision for the organization. Being a mentor and leader are exceptionally important to me; I listen intently to individuals to glean what’s important to them and share my anecdotal career-shaping experiences which help them design their career journey. I mentored many young creative people when I ran the internship program at Vanity Fair and at Esquire Magazine and I currently mentor college students about aspects in finding a job through my role on the Newhouse advisory board.My personal passions are animals and the environment.
