Screening resumes thoroughly for best fit and understanding job description / client needs accurately. Engaging with candidates for rapport and relationship building, making multiple calls, asking peripheral questions, and maintaining email correspondence. Participation in client – vendor meetings.

On site monitoring of Receptionists, responding to any concerns/ complaints from clients or staff. Organizing/presenting reception meetings with management. Interviewing applicants for Reception and Reception Assistant positions. Collaborate & Initiate Reception team performance reviews. Key holder and end of day closing and cash balancing.

Involved in the safe passage of the ship through the great lakes and Welland Canal. Trained in the supervision of loading/ unloading various cargoes and use of cargo loading equipment. Responsible for inspection, inventory and ordering of safety equipment and PPE. Adapted to fast paced, industrial environment.
