System Lead on Northrop Grumman E2-D Aerial Refueling Program and Center Wing Test Section:• Supervised all Wing Test Rig fuel flow testing, including refueling, defueling, fuel flow and pressure monitoring as well as simulated failure conditions, resulting in more accurate data and reliability numbers.• Conducted Technical interface meetings between NGC, NAVAIR and Eaton Aerospace to ensure a timely creation of an overall qualification plan.• Assisted with the creation of the proposal bid, resulting in winning the contract.System Engineering Support on Embraer KC-390 Tanker Program:• Assisted in the design of the KC-390 Fuel Tank Inerting System (OBIGGS) which resulted in enhanced fuel system performance and safety margins.• Managed Sub-tier suppliers for Heat Exchanger and Fan components to ensure successful qualification and delivery of components ahead of program schedule.• Created a Qualification Program in conjunction with the sub-tier suppliers for the OBIGGS components, providing oversight through the qualification process.Functional lead and IPT lead on Honda Jet Program, including fuel system design, development testing and analysis:• Authored Systems Engineering Technical Volumes, Basis of Estimates and Task Analysis Matrices, ensuring documents were congruent with the approach required by program management and marketing.• Developed and maintained system as well as component level performance requirements.• Led Systems Engineering Integration and Test organizations for the fuel system integration, systems and test team management, contributing to the development of procedures and detecting discrepancies between the test data and previously predicted performance data.
