This was a continuation of the previous post after Thomas Cook & MyTravel merged into the Thomas Cook Group.

• The largest single producer of quality Management Information reports for the company, sending out approximately 1800 reports a week.
• Produced comprehensive, scheduled and ad hoc statistical and management information for account managers
• Created systems that showed how MyTravel holidays were selling within the travel industry
• Automated the sales department’s reports, giving me an understanding of the problems that arise in the development lifecycle and the rewards when everything comes together.
• Managed the distribution of in excess of 90,000 reports a year, each report automatically generated and emailed itself, throughout the industry, from the individual travel agent to their respective head offices and.
• Trained other members of the department to develop their own technical / software skills & offered alternative solutions to problems that they might be experiencing.
