Personal Health Care: Vicks (2008 – 2014)Process and Formulation: Within this organization, responsibilities include leading process and formula design projects and multi-functional teams, including design, development, scale-up, and qualification of Cough/Cold/Allergy/Sleep products in support of the Vicks business.Pharmaceuticals (2002 – 2008)API Development: Within this organization, responsibilities include the development of chemical processes for the production of lead drug candidates which are scalable, cost-effective, safe and environmentally sound. Additionally, API supply chain is established and maintained for toxicological studies, formulation development, and clinical use. GMP principles and actions are implemented as required. These activities are accomplished through in-lab activities, daily coaching of a team (2-4) of research chemists, active participation on project CMC and/or core teams, and effective management of relationships with external partners.
